  1. euro go go VIP card can be used in all branches in Hong Kong.
  2. euro go go VIP card can be valued added before any purchase with at least HK$100 in once.
  3. VIP card will be classified as invalid if it is not used within 2 years. All unused amount, cash dollars & points will not be refunded.
  4. VIP card must be presented in every purchase for recording purchase transaction. Cash dollars & points will not be added if the card is not presented.
  5. Promotional message may be sent via members email or mobile. Please send us an official letter if you reject to receive the message.
  6. All collected personal information is for internal usage only. It is confidential.
  7. Members should keep their VIP card in good condition. Please contact us if the VIP card is lost and HK$20 will be charged for card re-issued.
  8. Cash dollars & Point can be earned while cash is used for purchase settlement.
  9. All spending with using coupon and first HK$350 value added will not be counted in Cash $ & Point rewarding scheme.
