Order Procedures

1. Please access our online shop via web browser internet explorer or Mozilla firefox.
2. In the Gourmet Shop page, you can choose which category you like on the left hand side navigation bar, and then select the product.
3. Input the number of quantity and press "add to cart".
4. The number of product in your cart will show on the top of the right hand side.
5. Continue shopping, or click "edit/check out" to checkout and edit process.
6. The order summary page will be shown.
7. After reconfirming the item and quantity to be bought, click "next" go to next step or click "continue shopping" go back to Gourmet Shop. Change the quantity of product just input the number or click "delete" then click "update cart".
8. Fill in all personal information and choose pick-up location click "confirm".
9. In the order confirmation page, personal information and pick-up location are shown on the screen. If everything get right click "confirm".
10. A confirmation letter with receipt will be sent by the system to your email registered. Also the purchasing order number will be shown on the screen. Click on the purchasing number, the confirmation letter is shown, you can click "print" to print out the confirmation letter.
11. All the buyers will receive a confirmation letter once the order is proceeded. It may due to the network failure if you could not receive our email. To ensure your order is proceeded, please contact us for details.
12. After our phone confirmation, your order will be arrived at shop after three working days. And the order should be collected within 1 week.
