Admin & HR Clerk

Job Descriptions:

> Manage all aspects of office administration activities, e.g. Office supplies, off-site record management, equipment supplies and meeting room management, keys control, telephone system, etc.

> Manage daily company's administration operations including mailing, filing, stationary supplies, delivery arrangement, reception arrangement...etc

> Ensure the standard of comfort, cleanliness and tidiness of the office environment

> Coaching branches to perform daily administrative operations

> Maintains / printing of all necessary administration forms and restaurant collateral

> Support full spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance evaluation, MPF, insurance renewal, analysis, staff activities

> Coordinate HR related issues with branches handle payroll, training and attendance record

> Assist to develop HR related company policies, operation manual, staff handbook

> Apply best HR practices in the market and ensure such practices are established according to Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF and taxation requirements

> Participate in special projects when required

> Keep abreast of local labour market condition and labour law updates or changes in Hong Kong

> Reporting to the department heads

Job Requirements:

> 1- 2 years human resources experience as a generalist

> Proactive, detail-mined, ethical, good interpersonal and presentation skills

> Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese

> Proficiency in Microsoft Words / Excel / Access / Chinese word processing and Power point

> Prior experience in F&B or retail industry is an advantage

Acting Supervisor

Job Descriptions:

- Ensure overall operation efficiency at assigned F&B outlets
- Co-ordinate the daily operations
- Supervising all front-line staff
- Handle general restaurant complaints and enquiries
- Stock control

Job Requirements:

- Form 5 or above
- Minimum 2 years related experience OR 1 year in F&B

Shop Assistant / Kitchen Assistant

Job Descriptions:

- Responsible for the daily operations
